Lavendon Access Services
Lavendon Access Services, is the newly formed holding company that supports the UK based access rental businesses within Lavendon Group plc. The UK generates over 50% of the group's revenue, and as such is one of our most important markets.
Lavendon Access Services is the UK market leader with a network of 43 depots, employing over 850 staff and offering an extensive product range of 13,000 machines nationally. Our machines range from the smallest low level platforms to truck mounted booms extending to 72 metres of working height.
To meet an increasing demand, serve our customers and provide our colleagues with the support and infrastructure they require, Lavendon Access Services deliver the following:
- Qualified Engineers are available to provide support 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- Training - with a team of more than 20 instructors, utilising 35 training centres we deliver the largest number of professionally accredited training courses in the UK as well as delivering in house training programmes for our employees
- Procurement - we only use approved vendors who meet our strict requirements of quality and value for money and the size and scale of our fleet allows us to build effective partnerships with our equipment suppliers
- Environmental standards - designing and implementing a national strategy to create an awareness of our impact on the environment and how to reduce it
- Quality standards - ensuring we all strive to achieve the highest levels of compliance and continuous improvement
- Project Management Services - in house, qualified Project Managers who are trained to support business projects and ensure a successful outcome
- Information Technology - providing leading edge network services to over 1,000 end users
- Finance Support including Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and Management Accounts for all the UK group companies and their customers
- Machine Sales - a wide range of new and used equipment at competitive prices.

Lavendon Access Services is based at the recently opened new Group headquarters in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.
